And Walz just bounds on up there (she also called him a "state champion football coach") like, "Yeah, that'd be me in the flesh."
There is no record that he corrected the dear lady.

It was deliberate.
If you listen to her begin the introduction, she stumbles right at the beginning, calling him:
"...soon to be nominee, Command Master Sergean...."
And she stops, dead in the water. She regroups momentarily and starts speaking again.
"I'm gonna start with the title that's very important to me. The Command SERGEANT MAJOR, Governor Tim Walz."
What was that if not deliberate? Who makes a correction like that mid-stream, and why was the correct rank the first thing she read, then changed it to a title that shouldn't have even been on her card? Why was the second title "important" to her?
She had it right the first time.

She's just a little old lady who didn't know any different... oops...although she did trip up on "master' before restarting, so it makes me think the entire episode was deliberate.
Because, yes, I'm that cynical.
Walz's demotion due to his own negligence in both completing course requirements for his temporary promotion AND sleaziness in allowing retirement paperwork filled out by a unit clerk who was none-the-wiser stand as fact when he knew (and knows) differently is not in dispute. It has been chewed over repeatedly and proven with his own retirement papers time and again - not to mention official statements from the Minnesota National Guard itself - and STILL, the sumbitch waltzes up to the Command Sergeant Major tune during intros. Walz never once says, "Well, actually, folks, I only got to spend a few months at that rank and am a retired Master Sergeant. But thank you."
Never once has an iota of integrity surfaced at any of these events from Tim Walz's mouth..

One of the best smacks on his abandoning his troops before they deployed to a warzone was executed like a precision strike by Sean Davis of The Federalist.
I could not stop howling, and this is exactly how one should treat a coward and dissembler like Tim Walz, Blue Falcon Extraordinaire - mock him continually and unmercifully.
Little background on it - Walz, the Harvard grant recipient, has been cracking on J.D. Vance's origin story, as in Walz knows the little people and places, unlike that Yale guy. Some local Nebraska sammich called a "runza" played a part in Walz's pandering jibes this weekend.
Until Davis took the legs out from under the fraud, that is.

Democrats know we're not voting for them anyway, but a "veteran" might just get the old lady in Topeka who still thinks Donald Trump has a dirty mouth and J.D. Vance looks like her smart-asterisk grandson.
