Ah. The silver-tongued rhetorician that is our Vice President strikes again, weaving airy word dream sequences out of the vacuum space between her ears. Sculpted from vaporous threads of gossamer fragments wisping about her nearly empty brain housing group, sentences somehow coalesce as the threads are flushed free with the sound of wind rushing through her aural orifices.

Poetry emerges. Her own special kind of ode to the generation whose stream-of-consciousness mutterings and psychedelic ravings were thought to be deep and inspiring, once upon a long, long time ago. 

Even if the free-form poets waved pretty hands and gestured to the stars waxing, wide-eyed, about truth, there were cruel, privileged, smarter people who were not stoned. And who pointed out it was all gibberish.

And that the poets never carried a single burden, to begin with, but were them.

But no matter.

It was a simpler time, and Kamala is simple.

So, if you are inspired and unburdened for even a fleeting moment...her work is done here.

Our POTATUS, too, is unburdened by burdens that have been. Or burdens that should have been, but now are not.

He's so frail, so compromised, so vegetative, that people rush to lift his burgeoning burdens.

Clean up his clunkers...spruce his goose.

Wipe up after what had been when POTATUS' answers don't meet his handlers' standards even when they've laid the table for him.

Civic Media, a Wisconsin-based progressive talk-radio network, said Thursday it had agreed to make two edits to an interview with President Joe Biden at the request of his campaign before the broadcast aired, a decision the station said fell short of "journalistic interview standards.

There are no limitations on what burdens they will lift for him.

Even when they have to pretend to be "angry" or "stunned" at burdens that have been secretly lifted away for years.

...CNN talked to more than two dozen current and former Democratic officials, donors and longtime Biden allies, all of whom spoke on condition of anonymity to avoid alienating Biden and discuss sensitive health matters verboten by the White House. While it’s clear the president had aged in the past year, none of them said they had seen the version of Biden, faltering and dazed, that showed up at last month’s debate.

In many of these conversations, sources blamed the president’s inner circle of advisers and family for what they said has become a painstakingly choreographed daily operation designed to prevent him from being in unscripted settings for extended periods of time.

“There’s this general sense of just, unbelievable holding your breath every time he does an event, every time he’s with people,” one top Democrat in close touch with Biden’s inner circle of advisers told CNN. This person added that some of those advisers have privately acknowledged: “This is going to get worse.”

Literally, years.

...“What’s your Plan B?” Emanuel yelled to Klain who was on stage for a panel discussion about the presidential race, according to two attendees. Given Biden’s age, Emanuel wanted to know what the Democrats’ back-up plan was heading into the primaries and how quickly it could be executed.

Klain, the attendees said, appeared exasperated in his response. “He’s the sitting president of the United States! What do you want me to do?”

As attendees rode a bus to another venue to hear Obama deliver a lunchtime speech, the chatter turned to Emanuel’s outburst, and the shared view that Biden, then 80, was getting over his skis: “Why doesn’t anyone protect this man?” one wondered aloud.

The exchange – which neither Emanuel nor Klain would confirm or deny – underscores the long-held reservations among influential Democrats about the viability of Biden months before the debate.

Please note: CNN is as shocked as anyone. 

The network is unburdened by even a scintilla of guilt over having any part of a nefarious plan to hide the burden of Biden's deterioration in order to dupe voters into electing a dementia patient to thwart a Trump reelection. All in order to prevent what might have been...if the facts had been known.

They could see what was possible if they made sure the public wasn't burdened with the truth.
