The Homina Homina Homina Hamas Hospital Hoax

In any public relations battle, whatever the truth might actually be, the key to winning is getting your story out and loudly FIRST. That way, even if in the right of it, the other party is playing clean-up and on defense from the get-go.

No one does this better than the murderous, lying sacks of Schlitz who comprise the PR wing of any Islamic murder society. Hamas is particularly good at it, blessed as they are to also have willing dupes in our own Western media.

They proved it again last night in “The Mystery of the Gaza Hospital That Went Boom.”

As you probably heard (and John did a great job keeping track of), there was an explosion at the Hamas-run al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza last night. Fleet footed tweeting devils that the Islamic terrorists are, they had Israel blamed and corpses counted before they’d even snuffed out flames in the parking lot.

In fact, Hamas is SO media savvy, they made sure to literally have supposed corpses piled around them for their press conference.

Now, I wouldn’t doubt somebody was killed and that it truly awful – most definitely not supposed to happen at a hospital – but the immediacy of the hundreds of confirmed casualties engendered a certain amount of – what’s the word? Skepticism? About their claims.

Actually, a buttload.

Never mind exercising rational thinking in a situation fraught with animosities just waiting for the opportunity to strike out at the other side. Anti-Israeli forces coalesced and immediately pounced, denouncing the Jewish oppressors and pointing the finger of blame for the hospital attack and resulting massacre of innocents.

The WAR CRIME war call went out from the usual suspects…

…bolstered world-wide in the media by the reports of Israel’s horrific attack on a civilian target.

Oh, the Hamas sympathizers moved liked lightning and got the word spread through out the Islamic world that the Zionists had, indeed, targeted a medical facility, a place of refuge, deliberately. Like the trained corps of performers they are, the Islamic Rage Boys emerged en masse all over the Middle East and Europe to threaten American and Israeli embassies, bases, and consulates.

This is outside our embassy in Lebanon.

German police had to surround the Holocaust Memorial in Berlin to protect it from a mob of pro-Palestinian protestors.

So it worked – it got everyone stirred up and their blood boiling.

But a funny thing happened on the way to Israeli condemnation – it was proven pretty quickly and pretty decisively that the Jewish side didn’t do it.

Just as when Hamas savages videoing themselves on their murderous rampage through Israel irrefutably proved their barbarism and beyond – which Israel is now in the process of eliminating – multiple cameras trained towards Gaza caught the flight of rockets launched from near that hospital, and the two which fell away from the others. Hamas smoked their own hospital and whoever was unfortunate enough to be in the parking lot or near a window. Got the whole thing on video.

In fact, the IDF released a surveillance recording of two kind of surprised Hamas operatives discussing the “oops.” When they realize that the rockets were launched from the cemetery behind the hospital – one Palestinian basically tells the other guys, “Oh, yeah – we use that all the time” – and one’s broken apart and landed in the parking lot, they get a little freaked.

Not to put to fine a point on that “parking lot” comment either, but in the light of day, it turns out to be even more important to stripping the hype off of Hamas’ BS. Why? Because in the light of day, the hospital is still standing, and the interior rooms are intact. There’s some glass blown out of the windows and charcoaled cars in the parking lot…but the “rubble” is nowhere to be seen. Neither is a crater or any of the indications that something of Israeli magnitude impacted…what? Obviously not the hospital or it would still be a smoking hole instead of a perfectly fine building.

Isn’t it just the weirdest thing…?

Almost as if the media had an agenda, isn’t it?

NYT skulking gracefully away…but they’ll never say Hamas did it. That would ruin the narrative they worked so hard to set last night.

This evidence – let’s face it, a massive building still standing is indisputable – is so overwhelming, even the reprehensible Hamas apologist for the LA Times, Adam Elmahrek (who still believes the whole ‘babies with no heads’ thing is pure Israeli propaganda), was forced this morning to grudgingly issue a qualified climb down. The building, he acknowledges, is only “mostly dead.”

I hate to be a cynic – honestly, I only play one here at HotAir – but I’m curious.

Under cover of darkness, how many of those “casualties” came out from under the covers when the press conference was over?

If only we had someone who would tell us.
