Working wicked hard to separate Joe from the smartest guy he knows

You know, for being 3 year old stories with which we’ve been beaten over the head that’s there’s “nothing here,” panicked Democrats are sure acting like something has them spooked. Is it due to a creepy old man’s outright aggressiveness when asked by female reporters about the “rumors” that constantly swirl around his family?

Is it that, for all his protestations of knowing nothing, doing nothing, and gaining nothing…

…indisputable evidence is piling up like boxes of classified material in a Delaware garage that Joe Biden not only knew of ne’er do well son Hunter’s international business exploits, but was the puppet master behind the plays?

How sad for Democrats to have lost the House and, worse, lost it to a group of incredibly dogged, supremely competent Republican investigators who started shredding the Biden BS the moment they got the keys to committee chamber doors.

What to do, what to do

Democratic strategists are freaking out. Rattled so badly by the sudden, public collapse – and possible impending doom – of one of the most coddled, closely guarded criminal enterprises in modern American history, if not of all time, that they themselves are personally responsible for and emotionally invested in. Never once before have such unworthy, low-rent operators been allowed to gambol insouciantly across the world stage, collecting checks as they went.

I will never understand it – it’s not as if one of them is remotely likeable. Joe Biden has always been an arrogant, hotheaded, unmitigated ass. Jill…oh, right. She’d shiv you in heartbeat. Hunter’s escapades speak for themselves – if you don’t want to read the texts there’s lots of pictures. Biden’s brother and sister shape up as dumped from the same mold, in an inferior second pouring.

Now, Bill Clinton is a rogue, but he could charm the pants off a statue and people are hugely loyal. No one would ever say anything like that about a Biden.

As a group or individually, Bidens give you the skeevies – you need a shower after 2 minutes of video.

In the face of everything falling fast and furious into focus about them at long last, why, WHY does the media insist on riding to the rescue. Or trying to form a rescue party…for the party?

Why such emotion about saving Joe?

The Bulwark goes into meltdown. They’re nervous about the son who, three years ago, nobody could give two figs about because it was all Russian conspiracy.

IT’S TIME TO GET NERVOUS about Hunter Biden.

It’s tempting to try to dismiss or ignore it all—the constant “Biden & Son” and “Biden Crime Family” emails, the intrusive attempted shaming over the seventh grandchild, the drug addiction, the unpaid taxes, the illegal gun, the investigation by a prosecutor who was named by Donald Trump, the plea deal that’s now on hold.

And why not just tune it out? House Republicans can allege wrongdoing by President Joe Biden, but what did he do? They can even try to impeach him, but why? They’ve been digging and threatening for years, with no proof or evidence to show for it. The case against the Biden who holds a public office does not exist.

THEY GOT NUTTUN’ ON JOE they tell each other. They group affirmational nod, and rictus grin encouragingly amongst themselves.

So why the spazz out?

Oh. She doesn’t like the messaging.

…Democrats could also come up with a better, less lawyerly communications strategy on Hunter matters. For instance, last week House Oversight Committee members learned that twenty times in ten years, Hunter Biden put his father on speakerphone while he was with business associates or mentioned to them that his father was on the phone. The speakerphone conversations were about “general niceties,” Hunter Biden’s former partner, Devon Archer, told them: Geography, the weather. No specific business deal or dealings or “financial stuff.” The point was to reinforce “the brand,” Archer said, defining that as the Biden name and Hunter’s own Washington career and contacts.

Gosh darn, why didn’t they play up that Beau tragedy thing again? People will respond to that and it covers all the bases.

…But there were other directions Democrats could have gone. Goldman asked many questions about Hunter’s reaction to his brother Beau’s 2015 death at 46 from brain cancer (so distraught he relapsed into addiction), and how Joe called Hunter constantly to check in with him, not to talk business. (“He doesn’t have much expertise in the world of business,” Archer said of the president.)

Why not play up that angle?

Yeah, that’s it. Joe Biden has repeatedly, ad nauseum, never used Beau’s tragic death from brain cancer as a tool for either sympathy or ducking responsibility or inappropriately…or to make money…let’s run with that.

Um…what was that last thing?

Surely, cynic that I am, even I wouldn’t suggest a grieving father would be so base as to profit in some way from…nah.

Well, yeah. When you go back through the magic of innerwebs to see what the Bidens have done in Beau’s sacred memory, maybe Ms. Lawrence’s brilliant idea of milking that emotional cow one more time wouldn’t be the best suggestion. In fact, I’d think she should do her research before offering any more helpful hints for keeping the heat off of Joe.

A little over a year ago, Karen did a piece on the Beau Biden Foundation. Ostensibly set up as a charity to “protect children,” it had a classic Biden money flow pattern: lots in, not much out.

A foundation that was formed to honor Beau Biden, the deceased son of the president, is coming under scrutiny for raking in millions of dollars in donations but only spending thousands on its mission. The Beau Biden Foundation for the Protection of Children was founded less than a month after Beau died in 2015. Its mission is to prevent child abuse by educating adults and children.

Its 2020 tax filing shows that while the Beau Biden Foundation received $3.9M in donations, it only spent $544,961 on its mission. It spent only 58% of its budget on its mission, according to CharityWatch, a watchdog group. The total donations includes $1.8M from The Biden Foundation. The foundation also received $225,000 from one of Joe Biden’s top political donors. Almost $1M went to paying the six-figure salaries of executives of the foundation.

The board was top-heavy with Biden family members – go figure, no? It also had some glitzy board members – I mean, he was a vice-president, so they’d be attracted to that sort of thing.

In 2020, one of them was former FBI director Louis Freeh.

Now, Freeh’s an interesting figure in this respect, not so much because of what used to be his crusading Boy Scout image, which is now pretty well splattered with mud and blood. No. It’s because of what could come back into view complementing Karen’s report in relation to the Bidens, and their grieving thieving on Beau’s sacred bones.

Besides this Beau Biden foundation for protecting children -hilarious considering Joe’s rep with the wee ones – there was a trust set up for Beau’s children, which I guess might not be that peculiar in some families.

But, in 2016, Louis Freeh gave that trust $100,000.

Now, that’s a friend, no? A friend with a handout, looking for a handout is still a friend, especially in Biden circles.

Former FBI Director Louis Freeh gave $100,000 to a trust for two of President Biden’s grandchildren as he sought to pursue “some very good and profitable matters” with him, newly surfaced emails revealed Thursday.

Freeh apparently made the gift in April 2016 — when Biden was the outgoing vice president — and shortly before he told Biden’s son Hunter, “I would be delighted to do future work with you,” according to the emails.

…“I would still like to persuade him to associate with me and FSS—as we have some very good and profitable matters which he could enhance with minimal time.”

The initials FSS are an apparent reference to the law firm Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan, where Freeh, a former federal judge, was a partner at the time.

The following month, Freeh wrote Hunter Biden regarding the gift he’d made to the trust for the children of Hunter’s late brother, Beau Biden, who died of brain cancer in 2015, and Beau’s wife, Hallie, with whom Hunter later had an affair.

“As you know, our family foundation made a $100K contribution to Hallie’s children’s trust last year,” Freeh wrote on April 24, 2017.

The gift, the grift – I don’t think it’s an accident those two words are so close.

The way I see it, the Biden’s threw Freeh one crooked Romanian client bone, didn’t cut him in on any of their personal deals, and then popped his butt on this Beau charity board for 2020 so he still felt like somebody.

Makes you wonder who else contributed to the grandkiddos’ trust fund, who got some bones thrown their way, and who in the FBI and/or Justice was watching.

I wonder how much is in that trust and who has control of that? I would wager it’s not the grieving, drug addicted, former Hunter paramour/Beau’s widow Hallie.

From what I can make of the Beau Biden Foundation’s 2021 tax returns, for that year, income was cut by 3/4s but salaries went up.

So, without even really digging, there are two sticky wicket reasons for not revisiting Beau’s sainted memory as an excuse for either his little brother’s inherent, drug-fueled criminality or his father being the head of the syndicate orchestrating the grift grab.

They’re going to have to think of something tad more original to divest son’s sins from father’s orchestrations, and be quick about it.

More Comer’s coming.
