Hillary Clinton willfully ignored a State Department mandate and failed to complete required training in the proper handling of classified materials.

The Daily Caller has the exclusive detail as it was their FOIA request that finally produced the damning documents:

According to the documents, Clinton’s chief of staff Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin, her deputy chief, both completed required training on the handling of “Special Compartmented Information” (SCI) when they entered the department.

A document signed by Mills Jan. 29, 2009, and one signed by Abedin the next day indicated that both officials “Completed SCI indoctrination,” or top-level security training.

Missing from Tuesday’s release was any signed document confirming that Clinton completed the SCI training course.

Classified documents in the SCI category cover some of the nation’s most deeply guarded secrets, including material obtained by U.S. intelligence agencies through signals intelligence, human intelligence and satellite intelligence.

Human intelligence relates to “human assets,” or spies embedded in foreign governments or informants working for the U.S. among “state actors,” such as terrorist groups.

The State Department spent many months dragging their feet refusing to fulfill the FOIA request from The Caller until recent weeks when District Court Judge Richard Leon compelled the release.

It’s interesting to note that while the documents show that Hillary never completed the required training, her closest aides, Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin did. This means that they can’t cliam ignorance of classified materials laws with regard to their handling of the top secret information retained on Clinton’s unauthorized, non-secure server.

Given their refusal to advise Secretary Clinton from her reckless handling of classified information, shouldn’t they be disqualified from future government service if Mrs. Clinton wins the White House?
