Jen Psaki is cashing in on her time in the Obama White House and most recently, the Biden White House. MSNBC won the bidding war to hire her as a weekly show host. Her show is titled Inside with Jen Psaki.
I’ve never watched her show because life is too short to watch MSNBC. However, I saw a clip from her show on social media and it caught my eye. She was trashing Moms for Liberty. She is saying that the people who join the group are too stupid to do their homework to research them before joining. Because, clearly, decent people wouldn’t want to be a part of such right-wing extremism, or something. She spews forth as only a longtime Swamp Creature can do and thinks she is the normal one.
I’m not the only one who thinks she sounds more like a White House propagandist now than she did in her days as White House press secretary during the first two years of Biden’s term.
Is it odd that Psaki sounds even more like a White House press secretary after leaving the White House and joining MSNBC? https://t.co/HTmuUvN6Jh

The DNC or SPLC could have written this monologue for her. Perhaps one of them did. She is such a partisan hack that she pulls it off as only a professional talking points reader can do. Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) listed Moms for Liberty as an extremist group so it must be true, right? (sarcasm) What it means is that they are effective and garnering attention with their activities.
During Sunday’s show, Psaki decided to educate her viewers about the group, as only she could do. Her perpetual smirk when speaking about conservatives was on display.
Psaki began the segment saying, “Since the height of the COVID pandemic, schools, teachers, and administrators have all become the targets of right-wing anger. First it was the reaction to COVID restrictions, which then morphed into outrage over the teaching of race and identity, and outrage over CRT — critical race theory. Which rapidly turned our education system into the frontline of the right’s ongoing culture war. That anger no doubt sparked the rise of organizations, now focused on taking over school boards, pulling books from the shelves, and changing curriculums in schools across the country. In fact, according to a 2022 report from a nonprofit that tracks censorship in America, 70 percent of those organizations were formed in about an 18 month period, beginning at the start of 2021. Among the largest of these new groups, which you may have heard of, is Moms for Liberty, and it’s recently become something of a political powerhouse. Just a few weeks ago, they hosted five Republicans presidential candidates, including the frontrunners, Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis — they all came out for Moms for Liberty.”
How dare conservative parents – and parents in general – challenge school boards and teachers unions when they found out the garbage being taught in their children’s schools during the pandemic? The silver lining of the pandemic, for many families, was that parents got to see up close and personal what exactly their children are being taught in class, thanks to online learning. The teachers unions demanded that schools be closed, a huge mistake, and so the results of an increase in parental activism is a bit of karma biting them on the butt.
Moms for Liberty is an offshoot of increased parental activism in schools. Democrats began co-opting public school education in the 1970s and the results today are a sad reminder of what happens when education is used as a social experiment. Today’s school children are being taught that gender is fluid, and white people are evil, in a nutshell. There is no reason that children in K-3 should be receiving sex education via storybooks in class, yet, it is happening. Parents began attending school board meetings to protest some curriculum in classrooms and also the problems associated with pushing a transgender agenda on children. Bathrooms are a safety issue. CRT education is not appropriate with young people.
Psaki’s rant included the claim that Moms for Liberty is all about book banning. That trope has been discredited every time someone in the group is interviewed. The group demands age-appropriate books to be available in school libraries. That is how it has been in the past but now, apparently, librarians have to be told by parents that they don’t appreciate books being on shelves for the youngest of students that include what amounts to soft porn. Progressive propaganda includes normalizing the behavior of a miniscule minority of the population and ridiculing parents who say no, that is not what we are teaching our children. For example, drag shows are fine for adult audiences as entertainment in specific venues. The trans community, however, demands that drag shows be normalized to the point that drag show story hours are in public libraries. It’s not appropriate for young children. They have no idea what is going on, nor should they. Let children be children.
The trans community has taken over the LGBTQ community and the smallest population should not be making the rules for larger populations. There was a general acceptance of LGBTQ people in most places until the transgender community decided to take over. Live and let live is much harder to abide by when a toddler is watching a drag queen twerk in the library. When did drag queens become transgender, anyway? Back in the day they were considered transvestites. I’m old. I know. It’s hard to keep up.
Progressives are threatened by a renewed activism from conservatives. They don’t want to cede an ounce of power. Public schools shape the next generation and they want the next generation to grow up with a progressive agenda. It’s been downhill ever since Jimmy Carter established the Department of Education. That is one department that needs to go. How come Republican presidents who claimed to want to drain the swamp during campaigns didn’t ever get around to defunding some of these destructive governmental dinosaurs? Just a thought.
Jen Psaki pointed to an Indiana group that used a Hitler quote in its newsletter to make a point. I called them out on that at the time because I knew that, though the quote was a good example for a point they are making, it would be turned against them by progressive boobs like Psaki. And it was.
Unbelievably, an Indiana chapter even put out a newsletter that quoted Adolf Hitler, saying, ‘He alone who owns the youth gains the future’ — that is a Hitler quote. And while they eventually apologized, the organization seemed to later regret that apology.”.
Mostly, Psaki hates that younger women are becoming active in conservative politics.
Psaki went on to say, “Standing by a mom who quotes Hitler in a newsletter. People cheering for that. That’s what you just saw,” adding, “And as for their claim that they are just a group of concerned, nonpartisan moms who happen to care about liberty, consider this: One of the founders, who’s name is notably emitted from its website, is a current Republican school board member, who is married to the now-chairman of the Florida Republican Party. In 2021, he told the Washington Post, “I have been trying for a dozen years to get 20- and 30-year old females involved with the Republican Party. But now Moms for Liberty has done it for me.”
For the longest time, it was very difficult to recruit younger women – moms of school-age children, for example – to become active in Republican politics. They don’t have a lot of free time to pursue interests and politics isn’t at the top of everyone’s list. But, times are changing. Thanks to the teachers unions going over the line and thanks to Joe Biden telling audiences that children are all their children, younger women are realizing it is time to get active. Stop letting progressives fill the vacuum. That’s not extreme at all, no matter what Psaki says.
