A potentially deadly video was posted by FNC’s reporter on the southern border, Bill Melugin, that shows what looks to be a migrant child on a flotation device in the middle of the Rio Grande River. The video shows a Texas National Guard soldier running toward the river bank when he sees the child.

The human traffickers are without any conscious at all. Imagine an adult putting that child in such danger. Fortunately, Melugin reports that the child was rescued. Not all of them are so lucky.

Human smugglers traffic women and girls for sex work and slave labor. They recruit American citizens to drive them from the border to other areas. It happens every day.

The smugglers, two U.S. citizens from San Antonio, were both arrested. There was another juvenile female migrant being smuggled in the vehicle as well.

The Biden administration, in particular DHS Secretary Mayorkas, would like for you to believe that the Biden border crisis is so much better now that Biden has made some adjustments to immigration law without working with Congress to do so. He has granted special parole status to 30,000 illegal aliens per month from specific countries, such as Venezuela, and children from El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. Illegal aliens from Nicaragua and Cuba have special consideration, too. The reality is that the border is not any more secure than it was six months ago and thousands of illegal aliens are apprehended every month. That doesn’t include the thousands of gotaways who escape each month.

Title 42 expires next month. The humanitarian and national security crisis along the southern border will increase, not decrease. Thousands of migrants are on the Mexican side of the border waiting for the day to come when Title 42 is no longer in effect. They coordinate with human smugglers on social media apps.

Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley will travel to the border Monday to see the situation herself. Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX) is hosting her visit. He has worked diligently to bring attention to the open border and is ignored by the Biden administration. Joe Biden has no interest in securing the border. The crisis is intentional. She becomes the first presidential candidate to tour the border. Trump has been to the border but not since he declared he was running for re-election. I would bet he does it soon after Haley gets publicity for doing it.

Secretary Mayorkas says the border crisis on the southern border is not unique, and that there are other countries around the world dealing with illegal immigration.

Oh, ok, then. No big deal. (sarcasm). This is the man in charge. Does Mayorkas think that because other countries deal with illegal immigration it lessens the dire circumstances here? Mayorkas didn’t even know what the wristbands were that human traffickers put on their victims. He is dangerously inept. A crisis is rapidly developing along the northern border with New York State. The administration is doing nothing to stop it.

The number of Chinese nationals crossing the border illegally is increasing. The number of Indian migrants is increasing, too. This shows that it isn’t just Central and South American migrants coming across the border. They are coming from around the world.

Nothing will change until Mayorkas is gone, whether through resignation or impeachment. He can’t even call it a crisis.

He said calling it a crisis sounds like people have given up doing their jobs. No one thinks Border Patrol agents have given up. They are overwhelmed. The people not doing their jobs are Mayorkas and Biden. They turn a blind eye to the obvious. When confronted, they both deny the border is porous. They have turned every state into a border state.
