Trump's Denver office vandalized twice in 24 hours

Earlier in the day, words describing Trump in derogatory terms were painted on a wall at the office.

Denver Police Department spokesman Tyrone Campbell said a possible suspect was being held in connection with the latest incident.

“We are investigating a second incident of vandalism in the city at Donald Trump’s office,” he said. “The first vandalism case occurred Friday morning and both cases are under investigation for criminal mischief. ‘

According to the video report below, a security guard working at the office was able to detain the person who threw the rock until police arrived. But it’s not clear if he is the same person who painted graffiti on the side of the building earlier in the day.

This is not the first time something connected to Trump has been vandalized in the past few months. A couple weeks ago a man dressed as a city worker destroyed Trump’s star on the Walk of Fame in Hollywood, CA using a sledgehammer and a pick-ax. Trump’s star had been vandalized with spray paint two previous times this year.

Earlier in October Trump’s hotel in Washington, D.C. was vandalized by Black Lives Matter supporters. And in mid-October someone threw a Molotov cocktail into a campaign office in North Carolina, setting a fire that burned furniture and signs inside. The office was also spray painted with a swastika and the message, “Nazi Republicans leave town or else.”

Here’s another local news report. In this one the reporter talks to someone working at the field office who claims the vandalism is part of an organized effort by the Clinton campaign:
