Billionaire Mark Cuban announced yesterday on Twitter that he will be front and center at the first presidential debate. He is calling it the “Humbling at Hofstra.”

CNN reports Cuban received his ticket from the Clinton campaign:

A Clinton aide later confirmed that Cuban was, in fact, invited by the Clinton campaign.

“He has the best seat we have access to,” the aide said.

Cuban has tried to publicly shame Trump throughout the 2016 campaign, regularly slamming the Republican nominee for not releasing his taxes. The attacks have been particularly effective, given Cuban’s status as a fellow billionaire and his public persona as a similarly brash businessman.

“He has proven to be singularly effective in making the case against Trump and for Clinton,” the aide adds. “That is why we invited him.”

Cuban endorsed Clinton last month in Pittsburgh. During the speech he referred to Trump a “jagoff.” He has been on the attack against Trump ever since. Last week Cuban offered to give Trump, or the charity of his choice, $10 million dollars if he would agree to a 4-hour interview on policy.

But former Trump adviser Roger Stone didn’t let Cuban’s trolling pass unnoticed. He suggested the Trump campaign might respond with its own special guest at the debate:

He’s talking of course about Juanita Broaddrick, the woman who has made a credible accusation of rape against Hillary’s husband. Again, I suspect Stone was just trolling here but the Trump campaign should seriously consider this. It would be interesting to see Clinton’s reaction and just as interesting to see how the media would handle it.
