Yes, Illegal Migrants Are Receiving Voter Registration Forms

The Democrats keep trying to deny this is happening, but as with so many other things this year, it's a lie. Every state in the union except for Arizona has been providing voter registration forms to illegal migrants without requiring proof of citizenship whenever they show up and apply for welfare benefits or driver's licenses. In some of the worst cases, they are allowed to request a mail-in ballot voter registration form without showing any form of ID. It's still technically illegal to cast a vote in a federal election if you are a noncitizen, but with nobody checking their ID before they submit a ballot, how are officials to know if this is happening? It is not a stretch to believe that this was the Democrats' plan all along when Joe Biden opened the borders and began making up immigration rules out of whole cloth to allow tens of millions of them into the country. Welfare offices and other agencies in 49 US states are providing voter registration forms to migrants without requiring proof of citizenship, leading Republicans and conservatives to call for swift federal action to stop the handouts.

Every state but Arizona — which recently passed a law barring the practice on state but not federal forms — gives applicants for either welfare benefits, driver’s licenses, or in some cases, mail-in ballots voter registration forms without demanding proof of citizenship.

There is currently no requirement on federal voting forms to provide proof of US citizenship, though it is illegal to falsely claim one is a citizen or for a non-citizen to cast a ballot in a federal election.

All of these glaring loopholes are the result of a series of liberal initiatives over the years supposedly intended to "make it easier" for people to vote. States require DMV offices and public welfare services outlets to distribute voter registration forms along with their usual paperwork. Democrats oppose voter ID laws everywhere they are proposed. When you make it this easy for people to vote illegally, what are the odds that a certain percentage of them will go ahead and do it?

Combine this information with another bit of news that emerged last month, in case you missed it. On the Mexican side of the border, one of the NGOs that the White House contracted with to provide assistance to migrants was found to be handing out flyers to them. The flyers contained a note reminding them who was responsible for allowing them into the country. "Reminder to vote for President Biden when you are in the United States. We need another four years of his term to stay open." The flyer had the name of the woman in charge of the NGO on it, though she claimed that she didn't write it. But somebody obviously did.

There is a way that we can deal with this situation, contrary to popular belief. Unfortunately, it will create even more work for GOP election watchers around the country who will already likely be overwhelmed. During the 2020 elections, particularly in New York's 22nd Congressional District, we had poll watchers at nearly every polling place. They brought with them lists of people who had already submitted mail-in ballots to check for people attempting to vote twice. (They detected many of them.) They also set up laptops and checked the names of people submitting ballots against recent obituaries and other records, finding a number of dead people voting. This year, poll watchers should be given access to CBP records of the names of all of the illegal migrants encountered coming over the border. That way they can match ballots against that list and determine if any of the migrants are attempting to vote. If they find even a small number of examples, the election count should be suspended immediately until a full audit of the ballots is complete. If liberals want to whine and complain about the results being delayed, let them stamp their feet. They wouldn't be dealing with that issue if they hadn't made it so easy to cheat.
