Last year, the Biden administration quietly established an advisory board within the Department of Homeland Security that was intended to help them identify potential domestic terrorism threats. That sounds sensible enough at first glance since we certainly have a number of questionable characters roaming the country these days. The board included some high-profile figures, including former CIA Director John Brennan and former DNI James Clapper. So which groups of people inside the United States were most likely to foment a terror threat? Was it shadowy Islamic extremists affiliated with ISIS? Exiled former members of Latin American drug cartels? Nope. According to new documents obtained by America First Legal, at the top of the list were supporters of Donald Trump, military veterans, and religious individuals. You really can't make this kind of thing up. The advisory board has since been disbanded. (Fox News)

A Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advisory board suggested that supporters of former President Donald Trump – as well as those who served in the military or are religious – have a greater possibility of posing domestic terrorism risks, according to internal files obtained by America First Legal (AFL).

Named the "Homeland Intelligence Experts Group," the now-disbanded board was created in September 2023 to provide DHS with "expert" analysis on subjects like terrorism and the trafficking of certain controlled substances like fentanyl.

The panel, according to the conservative legal nonprofit's findings, included former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former CIA Director John Brennan, both of whom signed onto an October 2020 letter falsely dismissing Hunter Biden's infamous laptop as Russian disinformation.

This is completely typical of Clapper and Brennan, along with the guiding philosophy of the entire Biden administration and the DNC. The board actually wrote that supporters of former president Donald Trump accounted for "most of the Domestic Terrorism threat" in the country. How do you think the FBI wound up with a memo suggesting that Catholics who attend traditional Latin mass are dangerous? That all comes from the same sources. The same goes for veterans who stepped up and put their lives on the line to defend our country. Imagine if you happen to be a veteran who attends Latin Mass and voted for Trump. You're basically in the same league with Osama bin Laden according to these people.

AFL's Executive Director described the documents as "shocking records that reveal apparent unabashed partisanship on this Deep State committee." That's putting it mildly if you ask me. This was clearly a blatant effort to weaponize our intelligence community and DHS assets against conservatives or anyone who might not be inclined to vote for Democrats. You've likely already noticed how almost none of the left-wing rioters who are tearing up the country are ever prosecuted while grandmothers who prayed in front of an abortion clinic are sent to jail for years at a stretch. None of this is happening by accident.

We have thousands of people on the terror watch list wandering around the country right now after having been "paroled in place" by Joe Biden. They are joined by members of violent criminal gangs from Central and South America. We still have remnants of the Black Lives Matter riots showing up and setting fire to anything they can strike a match on. But in the eyes of the DNC, Trump voters, military veterans, and Catholics are the biggest threat we face. This is beyond offensive. It's flatly treasonous.

This is yet more evidence of why we desperately need to evict Joe Biden from the White House and replace him with someone who knows how to do the job properly, preferably Donald Trump. But it won't be anywhere near enough to just replace the guy at the top. This is a reality that Trump didn't seem to fully grasp during his first term in office. There must be a thorough housecleaning inside of DHS, the Justice Department, the FBI, and all of the agencies that are engaged in politically biased persecution of civilian citizens. If Trump is elected, I sincerely hope that he already has people hard at work developing lists of the names of all of the bad actors inside the swamp. And he should be writing pink slips while people are giving speeches at his inauguration, with Secret Service agents standing by to help them pack up their offices and hit the bricks before nightfall.
