Illegal Alien Arrested for Rape, Abduction for Third Time

In case you weren’t already feeling frustrated enough with the ongoing Biden border crisis, this story will likely set your blood to boiling. This week, ICE managed to arrest an illegal immigrant from Honduras in Virginia. He was charged with felony rape by force, threat, or intimidation, abduction by force, and assault on a family member. That’s bad enough by itself, but after digging into this dirtbag’s background story, it becomes even worse. This is the third time he’s been arrested on similar charges and yet he somehow keeps winding up back on the streets. They also know when, where, and how he got into the country. So how many more like him are lurking out there?

On Tuesday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced that it arrested an illegal immigrant from Honduras charged with felony rape by force, threat, or indimidation; abduction by force; and assault on a family member in Herndon, Virginia.

The Honduran national unlawfully entered the United States “on an unknown date, at an unknown location,” a press release from the agency said. The illegal immigrant was not inspected or admitted by an immigration official.

Previously, the illegal immigrant was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol near Roma, Texas in June 2021. He was given a notice to appear before a Department of Justice (DOJ) immigration judge. He was later arrested in July 2023 by the Herndon Police Department, as he was charged with  felony rape by force, threat, or intimidation; abduction by force; and assault on a family member.

This character has been in the country at least since 2021 that we know of. He was detained at the border and given a notice to appear at some point in the future without anyone running a background check or having any idea who he really was. And then he went on to commit a series of violent crimes.

Making matters even worse (if you can believe it), ICE was already aware of this guy when he was arrested in Virginia by local officials. They sent a detainer request to Fairfax County Jail, but they ignored the request and released the guy anyway before ICE could pick him up.

The system had multiple bites at the apple with this guy and the system failed us every time. It also failed the victims he abducted and raped.

This is not an example of the tired, poor, huddled masses yearning to breathe free. This is a guy who came up here from Honduras and waltzed into the country over Joe Biden’s open borders. Nobody tried to figure out his history, his motives, or if he was actually the sort of person we should be welcoming to join our society. He was simply one of the more than six million people who were just waved through without question. When he arrived in a (mostly) blue state, local officials who have been trying to “abolish ICE” for years undercut the immigration enforcement system and nearly let him get away cleanly again.

This was all preventable. None of these crimes had to take place. If he had been stopped and interrogated at the border properly, he could have been put on a bus back to Honduras or simply thrown in jail. Now he is finally being detained and awaits a deportation hearing. But even if we manage to ship him out, why wouldn’t he just hitch a ride back and start all over again? That’s the message we’re sending to the entire world. Why wouldn’t they keep coming? And how many scumbags like this have we still not managed to catch up with? It’s simply infuriating.
