Biden bombshell coming on Wednesday?

There has been speculation swirling around Washington for more than a week suggesting that the Department of Justice was preparing an indictment of Hunter Biden and that it could be “imminent.” Some believed it could come last week while others who spoke to Fox News said that it could happen as soon as today. But yesterday, James Comer sent out a message to the DoJ which he described as being “loud and clear.” Do not indict the First Son until at least Wednesday (tomorrow) because there is some big news coming. PJ Media describes the upcoming announcement from Comer’s committee as “a bombshell,” and it won’t only involve Hunter. It’s believed that Comer is ready to reveal something huge about The Big Guy himself, and it could involve potential criminal charges.

Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), the Chair of the House Oversight Committee, is preparing to drop a major bombshell about Joe Biden. In fact, he’s so convinced that this evidence is consequential that he’s also spoken to the Department of Justice, advising them not to indict Hunter Biden until the Committee’s forthcoming announcement.

According to Comer, committee members have been meticulously studying bank records and consulting with former associates and whistleblowers, and this bombshell evidence will be released on Wednesday.

“My message to the Department of Justice is very loud and clear. Do not indict Hunter Biden before Wednesday,” Comer told Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures.

Comer made specific reference to the web of LLCs (limited liability companies) that the Biden family set up over the past dozen years or so. The companies exist on paper and have bank accounts, but they appear to have not engaged in any form of business. They reportedly existed only to funnel money into and then distribute it in smaller, laundered payments to as many as a dozen members of Biden’s family. And where did that money come from? China, Russia, and Ukraine, along with several other eastern European nations.

Comer has announced a joint press conference with Chuck Grassley for tomorrow.  That’s an interesting pairing since Comer runs the Oversight Committee and Grassley sits on the Judicial Committee.

It never pays to get your hopes up too much when politicians vaguely talk about “big announcements,” but in this case, a bit of excited speculation may be merited. Comer has been fairly open about the documents his committee has dug up and the people who have come forward to talk to them. They’ve already spoken to Hunter’s old business partners and it sounds like there were quite a few skeletons hiding in the Biden family’s closets.

The problem is that it’s one thing to track down the money trail but it’s quite another to prove any sort of quid pro quo. If tens of millions of dollars from those adversarial countries flowed into those LLCs and then out to members of the Biden family, what did they do to earn those payments? The answer seems obvious from the outside, particularly in the case of Ukraine, but that’s not good enough to obtain a conviction in a court of law. And this all assumes that Biden’s own Justice Department can be shamed into taking action against him.

The silence from nearly all of the mainstream media (except for Fox News) has been deafening. They desperately don’t want to talk about this story. But if it results in an actual indictment, they’ll have to, won’t they? Of course, they’ll probably try to spin it as some sort of witch hunt, which is why Comer needs to do all of his homework and present all of the documentation in an unquestionable way. We should only have one more day to wait, so we should know soon enough.
