Given the recent tensions between the United States and Russia on one side and China on the other, we asked Andrew to weigh in on recent events in both Syria and the South China Sea. He applies his experience as a correspondent in Asia and Europe to the problem with is usual insight and comes up with some rather unique critiques of the current administration’s strategy (such as it is) and how things might be improved in the future.
