...A vulnerable girl that was meant to be in council care was drugged and gang raped many times by muslim men. 

She escaped in a taxi back to her care home. When she couldn't pay her fare, the care home also refused to pay it. 

Her rapists then CAME BACK for her, and took her to another location to be gang raped AGAIN. Many years later, the council head of the area made a tepid apology which you'd think was about a delayed train departure and not about enabling mass rape of young girls. 

Disgusting and shameful. Britain is a third world country.
