RFK Voters Propel Trump to Battleground-State Victories

After winning the endorsement and support of former third-party candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump is poised to add a majority of his backers, according to a new survey provided to Secrets.

The groups that polled for and backed Kennedy, American Values ’24 and John Zogby Strategies, released a survey that said Trump holds a 22-point lead over Harris among Kennedy’s supporters.

In five of the six battleground states, Kennedy supporters prefer Trump over Harris by 20 points to 39 points.

Are these numbers reliable? It's tough to say, especially since the samples would be difficult to construct for a predictive model. It seems pretty obvious that RFK's endorsement helps Trump; quantifying that is the tough part. Zogby isn't the most reliable of pollsters, and I don't know much about AV24, but their claimed outcomes don't seem outrageous.
