What stories topped your priority lists this week? Duane and I start off today’s review by discussing the bizarre and sad story of Lily Phillips and the narcissism that drives her. Crystal Mangum finally ‘fessed up, which reminds us both how the media conducted a high-tech lynching of the Duke Lacrosse players. That brings us to the Daniel Penny story, although before his invite from J.D. Vance to the Army-Navy game, and the corrupt actions of ProPublica regarding Pete Hegseth. We also briefly cover the Time Magazine selection of Donald Trump as Person of the Year, and why we’ll still be talking about Syria in next week’s episode … whenever we can do that.
