When even Auntie Beeb ain’t buying what Hamas is slinging, you know that things have gotten tough for the monsters. Kudos here go to BBC reporter Hugo Bachega, who refused to just let Ghazi Hamad off the hook on Hamas’ blood orgy in southern Israel three weeks ago. The Hamas spokesperson tried to insist that Hamas hadn’t killed any civilians as part of their 10/7 invasion, let alone targeted them, despite the fact that paragliding and invading terrorists had videotaped their own atrocities.

“There was no command to kill any civilians,” Hamad claimed, saying that any such deaths were the results of “confrontations.” Hamad apparently expected Bachega to take him at his word, and turned pussy when Bachega kept pressing:

“There was no command to kill any civilians,” Hamad said. “The area there is very wide, there are many people there, and there were clashes and confrontations.”

“It’s not confrontation, you invaded houses,” Bachega responded.

“I can tell you we did not have any intention or decision to kill civilians,” Hamad insisted.

“How do you justify killing people as they sleep, families?” the BBC journalist asked.

Faced with that question, Hamad pulled off the microphone attached to his jacket, threw it to the side, and said: “I want to stop this interview.”

This is, of course, utter nonsense. The IDF has captured the brutal video record of Hamas’ atrocities that Hamas terrorists recorded themselves. They also have captured the orders given to the invaders that make clear that civilians were targeted for both hostaging and brutal slaughter, mostly off of the bodies of dead terrorists but also from interrogations of captured war criminals.

And how exactly would babies have created “confrontations” with Hamas terrorists and marauders — especially babies still in the womb? Last night, NewsNation host Dan Abrams interviewed an Israeli oral surgeon who got pressed into service to help identify the bodies after the slaughter. Dr. Naama Samet Rubenstein confirmed that she saw beheaded babies, and worse:

I don’t know the numbers, but I mean, I was walking out of the night shift. I started Saturday night, Saturday at midnight between Saturday and Sunday. I started my shifts, which were 12 hours each one. And I finished my shift. I was walking out as they were, as people said, “There’s a truck coming with 150 bodies. Half of them are kids.” So, you know, we didn’t we worked in five separate rooms or seven separate rooms.

So I don’t really know exactly how many kids, but I’ve seen babies that were beheaded. I’ve seen babies that were, that their eyes were taken out. I’ve seen mothers that they opened their stomach and tore their, torn out from a pregnant woman, tore the baby out from the womb. So, you know, I don’t understand how there is even any question about it. I’ve seen it with my eyes. People were burnt. People were, their limbs, the children, their limbs were cut off.

I mean, it was unbelievable, really. I’m speechless. You know, it’s, I can’t describe it. And how can someone even ignore it and deny it now? How can they say that?

How can they say that? Because they don’t want to admit the truth — that Hamas isn’t some kind of “freedom fighter” organization and that the Jews are not “colonizers” in their own land. Hamas is a terrorist organization whose charter explicitly calls for the genocide of Jews, not just the elimination of Israel, and the imposition of Islam by force across the world. They are ISIS with a bigger cheering section of moral idiots in the West, thanks to the latent anti-Semitism that has always been part of the hard Left and which became toxic with critical race theory.

The moral idiots are key to Hamas, and that’s why its mouthpieces have wanted it both ways. They wanted to fire up their fighters and Gazan allies with grotesque slaughter and massive terror, but give their Western stooges easier talking points about a “military operation” that only targeted the IDF. Hamad is squirming in this interview because Hamas didn’t recover all of the video in the operation, and that evidence makes clear exactly what Hamas is, and how they operate. Israel is making sure as many people see these videos as possible, too, in order to force journalists to acknowledge reality.

Not all of them are, and certainly not most of Hamas’ Western stooges found mainly but not exclusively on American college campuses. (At least one of them is on Capitol Hill.) That’s why Bachega gets kudos for refusing to let Hamad and Hamas off the hook for their barbarity and their propaganda lies.
