Biden Attacks January 6th Rioters On His Way Out the Door

January 6th, 2021, was the worstest day ever in American history. All the bestest people say so--many comparing to Pearl Harbor, the Secession of the Confederate States, 9/11,  and, of course, in the eyes of Sunny Hostin, as bad as the Holocaust itself.

The Holocaust. Seems about right, if a bit underplaying the importance of moving that podium. That may have been even worse than the murder of 10 million people, including 6 million Jews.

As you know from the rantings of Democrats and the media, scores of policemen died that day, and AOC was killed no less than 6 times. At least.

Donald Trump himself drove up to the Capitol in a tank, and his minions in the military tried to strafe the building with an A-10, but brave Mark Milley called Xi Xinping himself to threaten a nuclear strike on Mar a Lago, ending the siege of the Capitol and saving AOC from a 7th execution.

Biden wants to remind us of the horrors that took place. Joe Biden himself stood up to Trump's forces and saved America from Ashley Babbitt.

So it should come as no surprise that The Washington Post gave Joe Biden some of its sacred space on the Editorial Page to share his thoughts on the events of January 6th, 2021.

And profound those thoughts are. As they should be, given the massive death toll wrought by Trump's insurrection. Merrick Garland himself released a statement about all the death and destruction, justifying his charging 1500 people with crimes:

“On this day, four years ago, police officers were brutally assaulted while bravely defending the United States Capitol. They were punched, tackled, tased, and attacked with chemical agents that burned their eyes and skin. Today, I am thinking of the officers who still bear the scars of that day as well as the loved ones of the five officers who lost their lives in the line of duty as a result of what happened to them on January 6, 2021,” Garland said.

Not one police officer died in the line of duty on January 6, 2021.

Unfortunately, the Post kind of whiffed on the introduction, outright lying about the author. It claimed that Joe Biden is President of the United States, and by now, every American knows that Biden is an empty shell whose primary task is signing outrageously bad legislation while muttering about threats to democracy and what flavor of ice cream he wants next.

The vice president of the United States, faithful to her duty under our Constitution, will preside over the certification of her opponent’s victory in the November election.

It is a ceremony that for more than two centuries has made America a beacon to the world, a ceremony that ratifies the will of the voters.

For much of our history, this proceeding was treated as pro forma, a routine act. But after what we all witnessed on Jan. 6, 2021, we know we can never again take it for granted.

Violent insurrectionists attacked the Capitol, threatened the lives of elected officials and assaulted brave law enforcement officers.

I didn't know that Ashli Babbitt was a law enforcement officer. I thought she was a veteran.

Half a million people died in the Civil War, so I think Sunny Hostin has Biden beat when it comes to the death toll, but who's counting?

And we should commit to remembering Jan. 6, 2021, every year. To remember it as a day when our democracy was put to the test and prevailed. To remember that democracy — even in America — is never guaranteed.

We should never forget it is our democracy that makes everything possible — our freedoms, our rights, our liberties, our dreams. And that it falls to every generation of Americans to defend and protect it.

January 6th was certainly the worstest day ever because the future of the country hung in the balance. With Joe "Tank Man" Biden and brave Mark Milley calling Chinese military leaders the paperwork certifying the election might never have been filed. And without that paperwork and the ceremony, the entire US government would have been paralyzed.

Can you tell I am sick and tired of this complete bulls**t? It's not that I think that the January 6th rioters were right to do what they did, although most of them were nonviolent and none of them deserve solitary confinement, years-long sentences, and to be arrested four years later for standing on the lawn in front of the Capitol.

I just don't think that turning a 3-hour riot into the worst day in American history is anything but a hoax. The US government was not at risk, Donald Trump did not lead or incite the crowd (he said "protest peacefully" and told people to respect the police), and his offer to provide the National Guard to protect the proceedings was turned down by Nancy Pelosi.

In other words, tell the truth, and nobody on the left has told the truth about any of this. They have been living off this lie politically for four years, and it's disgusting. It is as much of a hoax as the Steele Dossier.

Democrats egged on the George Floyd riots, just as they challenged every Republican victory between 2000 until today, when they finally accepted Trump's reelection. They made Stacy Abrams into a national hero for challenging election results.

Democrats did more to undermine faith in our Democracy since Donald Trump won in 2016 than Trump could possibly do in the next four years.

Was the January 6th riot bad? Of course it was. Was it a threat to our democracy (or rather Republic)? Not even a little bit.
