Yes, they really do want to diddle the kiddies.

It’s hard to conclude anything else, given how insistent the Left is about sexualizing kids and the recurring stories about various people in the upper echelons of society who wind up in sex scandals having to do with underage sex of some kind.

Jeffrey Epstein, anyone? So far J.P. Morgan alone has paid out $365 million to victims due to their facilitation of Epstein’s pedophilic sex trafficking, and several high-profile people have been implicated in the scheme. Yet nobody besides Epstein and Gislaine Maxwell has faced any consequences.

I wonder why…

I am not going to rehash all the pedophilic sex scandals out there, both because I have written about many of them and because I want to focus on the latest one.

Yet another member of the media has been arrested for child pornography, this time the (former) editor of The Recount, a left-leaning “press outlet” that does the propaganda work to the Left along with so many others. You may not be familiar with it, but it is commonly used to create credibility for Leftist talking points. I run across their stories all the time. I guess you can say it is something of an insider publication, but prominent in its circles.

Sohner, if you look him up, also used to host a radio show on Sirius XM and is all over the Left-wing podcast world as a guest. He was a big deal in those circles.

Slade Sohmer was let go last month, presumably because this scandal was about to break. He has been a strong advocate for the sexualization of children in schools, and Buzzfeed even profiled him for being so. They just took down their story, mysteriously. I guess the story got a bit stale or something, and they decided nobody would be interested in their take.

Funny how that works.

A BuzzFeed feature story from 2018 about a journalist who told a group of schoolchildren that he was gay was taken down just a day after it was announced that he had been brought up on child pornography charges.

Slade Sohmer, 44, the former editor-in-chief of the left-leaning video-driven news site The Recount, was freed on $100,000 bail on Monday after he was charged in Massachusetts court with possessing and disseminating “hundreds of child pornography images and videos.”

He has pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of dissemination of child pornography.

In May 2018, BuzzFeed News wrote up an item based on a viral social media thread that Sohmer posted to X, the platform that was then known as Twitter.

So yet another gay pedophile who likes to hang around schools and push pornography in the schools. He happens to get off on images of children.

Slade was quite the connoisseur of child pornography and seemed to particularly enjoy sadism involving children. How nice. He even carried around the images on his phone for mobile enjoyment.

He was a camp counselor as well. Great.

Sohmer — who also has worked as a camp counselor for a New York City-based nonprofit — was arrested at his home in Otis, Mass. on Friday, weeks after law enforcement officials confiscated his electronic devices after obtaining a search warrant, the newspaper reported.

He has pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of dissemination of child pornography.

Not guilty. I guess we all have the right to the presumption of innocence, but accidentally downloading images to one’s phone of child rape is a rare occurrence. I can’t wait to hear his explanation.

Court documents cited by The Berkshire Eagle allege that Sohmer’s phone contained disturbing video clips showing boys believed to be as young as three years of age being raped and forced to perform sex acts by adults.

Authorities were tipped off to Sohmer’s alleged proclivities by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, which reportedly informed the Massachusetts State Policy Cyber Crime Unit that somebody sent a suspicious video on Snapchat in late September of last year.

We keep on being told that kids need to be exposed to explicit sexual materials in school for their own good, but so many of the people involved seem to also be in some way involved in or tolerant of the sexual abuse of kids. It’s almost as if they want kids to think that sexual activity at their age is perfectly normal.

That’s why they want books like this available to elementary school kids.

I think we all know the reason why these people are desperate to have sexual materials in schools. Sexual deviancy is a religious rite to them, and they want to make it easier to convince kids to participate and keep quiet about it.

As they keep saying, “It’s Perfectly Normal.”
