I do not believe there is anything inherent to being an Arab, Persian, or Muslim that requires violence and barbarism. There was a Muslim golden age in which one would rather live in some Muslim countries than nominally Christian countries. Even a modest knowledge of history shows that there were times when Christian countries were uncivilized, and civil wars between Protestants and Catholics were extraordinarily vicious.

This is not one of those times. While Western Culture is disintegrating in many ways, Middle Eastern Islamic extremists are utterly uncivilized. Rape, murder, genuine misogyny (not the gender skirmishes typical of the West), and outbursts of hatred characterize much of the Islamic world. Not all, of course, but the poison of hate mobilizes the masses in much of the Islamic world. Even many leaders in these countries fear their own citizens’ barbarity.

Unfortunately, the leaders of Western countries don’t share the same fear and have invited into our civilization people who consider themselves mortal enemies of our civilization.

These people are enemies in our midst.

Let me be clear: it is not Arabs or Muslims who are our enemies, but it is also true that a large number of Arabs and Muslims are avowed enemies who declare that fact every day.

Anti-racists, critical theorists, and anti-colonialists count themselves as allies in the struggle against our civilization. Even many in the alphabet crowd side with these barbarians, despite being objects of hatred by the radical Islamists. They share the goal of destroying our culture, so it is an alliance of convenience.

More troubling, they are taking place in our own cities, both here and in all Western cities.

After Hamas committed a pogrom against Jews in Israel, killing over 700 innocent civilians, their supporters held a rally in Times Square, NYC, displaying a Nazi Swastika.

These enemies of our civilization are here because Western leaders invited them in and embraced them as innocent victims of Western colonialism. That was insane. Even today they demand, insist, or at least plead with Israelis to just sit back and take the outrages. Tony Blinken and the White House have both expressed support for a cease-fire and “restraint.”

While Turkey celebrates the violence, we ask Erdogan to push for a cease-fire. Shameful. So shameful that they reversed course immediately–in public. But we know their private thoughts because they unwisely expressed them aloud.

As with so many enemies of the West, including many of our elites, the intentions aren’t hidden at all. Hamas has declared its desire to eradicate Israel, as has Iran. Iran has pushed “Death to America” for decades, yet our leaders appease them and make excuses.

On the streets of Brighton today this woman said that the murderous mayhem of Hamas terrorists in Israel was “beautiful” and a “success”.

They killed 600 Israelis in one day which she said “we need to celebrate”.

Western countries have embraced the importation of millions of immigrants who don’t share our values. By that, I don’t mean that they have different norms, or have a slightly different culture. It is not their food, dress, or language that we should reject outright.

It is their hatred of us and all we stand for. A hatred shared by the socialists of “The Squad” and all who support them as well. Socialists are rallying to the flag…of Palestine.

These enemies are everywhere. People who celebrate the murder of women and children, of innocent civilians, and who demand the eradication of a whole people should not be invited to live next to us. Yet they have been.

The Arabs and Persians who desperately desire to live in the modern world have fled to the West, and are prospering. But so have the Arabs and Persians who despise who we are and want to impose a theocracy that mirrors Afghanistan or Iran as well.

Do Westerners have the courage to stand up for our civilization, or will we continue to yield to the barbarians in our midst? When did we give up on the idea that the minimum required of immigrants to our lands must integrate into our culture?

Most immigrants here love America and want to be Americans. All Americans and residents of this country have the right to believe as they will. But we don’t have to invite those who hate us to become residents here. We must stop doing so.

Many on the Left will attack and cancel any Westerner who uses the wrong pronouns or defends women’s right to privacy, but they make common cause with the most bigoted and misogynistic if they share their desire to destroy what makes the West worth defending.
