I know the Sunday after Christmas is hard for chat-show producers to book, but good lord: Is Mike Huckabee really the most prominent Republican they could get this morning? He’ll be on “Fox News Sunday” with Chris Wallace to explain how Ted Cruz is saying one thing to Iowans and another to Manhattanites by, uh, saying the same thing to both of them. Elsewhere, John Kasich will appear on “This Week” to make the case that somehow all Jon Huntsman’s 2012 strategy really needed to succeed was a less likable, more irascible candidate.
If you’re not up for that, Ben Carson will be on “Face the Nation” to argue unpersuasively that his campaign’s not over and that a staff shake-up is — or isn’t? — what he needs to get back in this thing. The full line-up is at the AP.
