Speaking of Romney, Jamie Weinstein notices that his favorable rating among Republicans in 2012 is strikingly comparable to Trump’s rating among Republicans now. Does that mean Trump’s likable enough to be nominee? Or does it mean that, if Romney had had stiffer competition three years ago, he would have fallen short? I’ll accept “both” as an answer.
