How did Shane resist shooting him just so that he wouldn’t have to look at that grizzly wide-eyed disapproving mug anymore?

Fair point about Glenn and Maggie too. You might think that the zombie apocalypse would weed out the beta males fairly quickly; instead, not only do some survive, they end up hooking up with women who wouldn’t have given them a second look before civilization broke down. See now why nerds like me love the show?
